Bonus Policy

Overview

The Ffbet Bonus Policy governs all bonuses and promotions offered by Ffbet. It sets out eligibility, wagering requirements, time limits, withdrawal constraints, and game-related restrictions that apply to bonus funds, free spins, and no-deposit offers. Where a promotion document specifies different terms, those specific terms prevail over this general policy.

Eligibility and single-bonus rule

Participation in any promotion requires the player to be of legal age, have a valid, verified account, and comply with applicable laws. Only one active bonus is permitted per person, family, household, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, or device at any given time. Deposits bonuses are not cumulative unless explicitly stated. Ffbet may withhold or revoke a bonus if multiple accounts or other anti-fraud indicators are detected.

Activation, opt-in, and promo codes

Bonuses are considered accepted when they are credited to the player’s account following explicit opt-in and any required verification. Promo codes apply only where the promotion explicitly states eligibility. If a promo code is used for a promotion for which you are not eligible, the associated bonus will not be awarded and no related benefits will be granted.

Wagering requirements and contribution mechanics

Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds as follows, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms: deposit bonuses: 50 times the bonus amount; free spins: 40 times the winnings from the spins. Winnings derived from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirement. Game-type contributions are applied as follows unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms: slots and keno contribute 100%; table games, video poker, and live casino contribute 0% toward wagering; progressive jackpots and certain listed titles may be excluded. The operator maintains a dynamic list of eligible/excluded games, which is reflected in the lobby for each promotion. During wagering, bets are drawn from the cash balance first, and bonus funds are used only when the cash balance is insufficient.

No-deposit offers and free spins

No-deposit bonuses and free spins awarded without an initial deposit are subject to account verification via email and may require additional verification (including SMS) in certain cases. Some jurisdictions may be excluded from no-deposit promotions. Any winnings from no-deposit offers are subject to wagering requirements and, where applicable, withdrawal caps or caps on the bonus-related winnings until the wagering requirements are met. Free spins must be activated and then fully utilized within defined activation windows; otherwise they expire. The ability to withdraw winnings from no-deposit offers may require a deposit to be made or other conditions to be satisfied, as published with the offer.

Duration, expiry, and activation windows

The general rule is that a bonus remains valid for 10 days after activation unless a promotion specifies a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the defined period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed. Free spins issued as part of an offer have their own activation and expiry windows as defined in the promotion terms; if not defined, they follow the general policy. All times and dates are stated in CET/CEST unless otherwise noted in the promotion terms.

Maximum withdrawal and release from bonus funds

The maximum amount that can be released from bonus funds into the real balance is defined as follows unless stated otherwise in a promotion: non-deposit bonuses (including free spins winnings): €25; deposit bonuses: 10 times the bonus amount; free spins winnings: €100. Withdrawals in excess of these caps may be forfeited or rejected. Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements and any applicable caps until fully released or forfeited.

Balance interaction and betting limits

When a bonus is active, real money (cash) is used before bonus funds for qualifying bets. While a bonus is active, the maximum wager per bet is limited to the amount equivalent to €5 (or currency equivalent). This limit applies to all wager types, including side bets or bonus purchases where applicable. If the balance falls below the threshold, the bonus may be forfeited in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation and withdrawal rules

Any bonus can be cancelled at any time prior to meeting the wagering requirements. If cancelled, the bonus amount and all related winnings are forfeited. Players may request withdrawal before satisfying wagering requirements; in such cases, the bonus and its winnings are forfeited, and only the real balance may be withdrawn.

Gameplay restrictions and contribution mapping

Game selection and contribution toward the wagering requirements are governed by the terms of the applicable promotion. The standard mapping is: slots and keno contribute 100%; table games, video poker, and live casino contribute 0% (with live casino typically restricted while a bonus is active). Some games may be blocked entirely; others may not contribute toward the wagering requirements. If a game is unavailable for use with bonus funds, a notice will appear in the game lobby. Jurisdiction and promotional eligibility

Promotions are not available to players in certain jurisdictions. The current list of excluded jurisdictions is published in the Promotions terms and is subject to change. If your jurisdiction is excluded, you will not be able to claim or continue to use promotional offers.

Anti-fraud, abuse, and account integrity

Ffbet reserves the right to void bonuses or winnings obtained through fraudulent behavior, collusion, or abuse of the promotions. This includes the use of multiple accounts, shared devices, or other actions intended to manipulate the promotion. In such events, Ffbet may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and confiscate associated funds or winnings. All activities are subject to internal audits on withdrawal requests.
