Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ffbet website and related services, including account creation and any interactive gaming products offered by Ffbet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by them. You consent to the use of electronic communications for contracting purposes in accordance with applicable law.

Opening and Managing an Account

  • You must open your own Account to access our services. Accounts are non-transferable, and ownership of Account assets, winnings, deposits, bets and related rights remains with the original holder.
  • You are restricted to one Account per person. In the event of duplicate Accounts, Ffbet may close both, merge them, or deactivate bonuses and invalidate wagers placed through the duplicates. Amounts may be offset against bonuses or withdrawals in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must not permit third parties to use your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and for safeguarding login credentials.
  • Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest unless otherwise stated in a promotion or policy.
  • If funds are credited to your Account in error, Ffbet may adjust, offset or reverse such credits and may void wagers and winnings arising from them at its sole discretion.
  • Ffbet will provide customer support to assist with Account opening and related issues.
  • Legal age and identity verification are required. You must be at least 18 years old or the applicable legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction. Ffbet reserves the right to verify identity and age at any time. If verification indicates underage status, winnings may be forfeited and the Account closed. Verification may require submission of documents and may be conducted electronically or via manual review. Until verification is complete, access to the Account or withdrawal of winnings may be restricted. Calls and chats with Customer Support may be recorded or monitored for security purposes.

Account Information and Privacy

All information provided by you, including transactional data, must be accurate and relate to you personally. You agree to update your details promptly if any information changes. Your use of our Services is also governed by Ffbet’s Privacy Policy; by accepting these Terms you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time.

Compliance with Law and Geographic Restrictions

  • You warrant that your activities comply with applicable law and that you will not access the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted. You acknowledge that access may be blocked in jurisdictions where prohibited.
  • Ffbet may restrict or block access to the Services in whole or in part in any country or territory, and may change the list of restricted jurisdictions at its discretion without prior notice.
  • Ffbet may suspend or close an Account or refuse to pay winnings where unlawful or suspicious activity is suspected, and may take steps to block the Services in a restricted area without notice.
  • You warrant that funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and that you will cooperate with authorities in the event of an investigation.

KYC, Identity and Age Verification

Ffbet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify identity, age and address and, where required, the source of funds. Documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method ownership. Verification may be performed electronically or via manual checks. If additional documentation is requested and not provided within the specified timeframe, Ffbet may limit or suspend deposits, wagers and withdrawals or close the Account. If verification confirms underage status, winnings and bonuses may be withheld or reversed, and the Account closed. For security and safety, communications with Customer Support may be recorded or monitored.

Deposits and Funds

  • You may participate in Games only if your Account contains sufficient funds. Ffbet does not grant credit.
  • Deposits must be made using methods available to you in your jurisdiction and must be in your name. Funds must originate from legitimate sources and be used only for gameplay. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Funds deposited are not considered wallet or custody services beyond gameplay purposes.
  • Minimum deposit amounts, if applicable, are shown on the Website. Processing times for deposits vary by payment method and may be affected by verification checks. Fees charged by banks or payment providers may apply and are not controlled by Ffbet.
  • Ffbet may perform additional verification checks on deposits. Deposits may be refused in its sole discretion.
  • There is no entitlement to interest on deposited funds. Funds, including winnings, are held in the Account for gameplay and withdrawal purposes.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals are subject to verification (KYC), compliance with bonus wagering requirements, and any applicable turnover requirements related to promotions or deposits.
  • Withdrawals are generally placed back to the original payment method used for the deposit where possible. Ffbet may use an alternative method or divide withdrawals across available methods to comply with AML laws and internal controls.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by method and account status. Processing times depend on method, verification, and internal checks. Fees may apply and will be disclosed during the withdrawal request process. The user’s bank or payment provider may also assess fees.
  • Cryptocurrency withdrawals are sent to the provided wallet address. The user bears responsibility for providing a correct address; Ffbet is not liable for losses from incorrect details. Crypto values may fluctuate; withdrawals are processed at the value at the time of processing.
  • If funds are credited to your Account in error, such funds remain property of Ffbet and may be deducted. You must notify Ffbet immediately of any incorrect credits. AML controls may delay or refuse withdrawals pending investigation.
  • Closed, locked or excluded accounts: to recover funds, contact Customer Support for the applicable procedures, which may require identity verification.

User Obligations and Warranties

  • You warrant that you are at least the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the Services from a legal location. You warrant that you possess the funds used for gameplay and that such funds originate from legitimate sources.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You participate for personal entertainment only and not in a professional capacity. You understand the risks of loss and accept responsibility for timely reporting and payment of any taxes as required by your jurisdiction.
  • You will not engage in under-the-influence gameplay or in any fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity. You will not use software or devices to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate outcomes. You will not attempt to manipulate bonuses or participate in any activity detrimental to the fair operation of Ffbet.

Placing Bets and Wagers

Bets are placed using available funds in your Account. A wager is considered placed when registered on Ffbet’s servers and you receive confirmation. Bets cannot be canceled or altered after confirmation. Ffbet may refuse, limit or cancel any bet before acceptance, or void wagers in cases of suspected breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, system errors or malfunctions. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and may vary by game or event. All bets are placed at your own risk and discretion.

Fair Play, Prohibited Activities

Ffbet is committed to a fair gaming environment. Prohibited activities include cheating, collusion with other players, the use of automated tools or bots, exploiting software or system vulnerabilities, sharing accounts, manipulating payments, or attempting to influence game outcomes. Ffbet uses monitoring tools and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, void bets, forfeit winnings, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Bonuses and Promotions

Ffbet may offer bonuses, promotions and free bets from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion. Account Suspension, Termination and Fund Recovery

Ffbet may suspend or terminate an Account for any reason, including suspected illegal activity, violation of these Terms, or failure to meet verification requirements. In such cases, Ffbet may withhold funds or set off amounts owed to it against funds in your Account. The final decision on account status rests with Ffbet.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, and the relationship between you and Ffbet, is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with that governing law, in the courts of Curaçao or by such other mechanism as may be required by law. For disputes, you may first contact Ffbet’s Customer Support in an effort to reach a resolution.

Privacy and Data Protection

Ffbet’s handling of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and is binding on you. You should review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected, stored, used and shared. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website and may affect your rights and obligations under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

Ffbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated as described above. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must discontinue use and close your Account.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Nothing in these Terms shall create a partnership or agency relationship between you and Ffbet. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ffbet regarding the Services.
